Quality Assurance/Safety
We provide a safe process for packaging your medications. Your prescription information is entered by one of our pharmacy technicians and double checked by a pharmacist prior to packaging for accuracy. A highly sophisticated, automated dispensing system then sorts and fills each pouch in your CustomPAK. Medication is tracked through each step of the process and is monitored by a pharmacist to ensure your medications are correct every time.
Each pouch is sent through an image recognition system that confirms each medication is in the right pouch. All medications are checked against a drug database and verified based on color, density, shape, and size. An image of each pouch is recorded in the system and a pharmacist checks each PAK for accuracy before it is packaged for pickup or delivery.
You should never receive a CustomPAK with an error. In the unlikely event that you do receive a PAK with an error, contact us immediately. We will immediately get you a corrected replacement at no cost.

We ask that you provide your insurance information during our initial consultation and enrolling process.
CustomPAK gets over-the-counter medications from similar suppliers as other retail pharmacies. We follow pricing guidelines from these suppliers so vitamins, minerals, supplements, and other over-the-counter medications from us will have similar prices that you would find at any other retail pharmacy.
We can dispense either brand or generic medications based on how your prescriptions are written.
